Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
Join us for the second annual "Run with Attitude 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk" on the scenic trails and closed-road course on the former Links of Pinewood and El Dorado golf course properties, also known as the Martin Parkway Project. The 5K course meanders through more than 125 acres of trails, trees, ponds and natural beauty.
The event supports the Lakes Area Optimist Club, an affiliate of Optimist International, a group committed to “Bringing out the Best in Kids.”
Family Entry Fee (1 Mile - untimed) only $25.00 ($30.00 after 9-22-2011) includes two t-shirts,one swag bag, activities and post-race breakfast!

Our participants that are 18 years of age and older will be eligible to register for the 2012 lottery to have an opportunity to be one of only 400 participants in the annual Labor Day Run over the Mackinac Bridge.
